What is your cancellation policy?
Our tutoring website offers K-5 math services with recurring payments made before each session begins. Clients must provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule, except for emergencies. Refunds are only given if cancellation is communicated within 24 hours. Sessions are conducted on our website through our online student portal. In cases of emergency or technical issues, makeup sessions are arranged.
How many sessions will my child need?
The number of sessions your child will need depends on their specific goals and learning pace. During the initial assessment, we can discuss your child's needs and create a plan tailored to their progress.
How does your sessions work?
We start by assessing each student to identify any gaps in their understanding.
After the initial assessment, we discuss our observations with the parent, sharing insights and findings.
We then create a personalized plan designed to address and close those gaps efficiently, and we meet with the student weekly to implement the plan.
Every three months, we reassess the student to evaluate progress and adjust the instruction as needed to ensure continued improvement and success.
Can you provide examples of how you have helped other students improve their math skills and confidence?
One example is a student I worked with last year who was struggling with algebra. Through regular practice and personalized guidance, the student was able to improve their understanding and confidence, eventually achieving an A grade in the subject.
